We have brought in *wait for it*……. — drum roll — “Edits In Offer” - that’s right, you can now go back and make changes or edits to your offer details before it gets approval. I can hear a lot of “Yess and Hurrah”. Wait for it, there is more.
You can also comment on quick updates on the changes in the offer details to your fellow panel members and approvers. And, and.
You and your approvers can get a quick timeline view of every change made and all other details since the time the offer was initiated from one place.

PS: Remember, you cannot make edits to your offer details after approval is done. And you can upload the offer letter only after approval is done. Read the article before you make new offers, which would be helpful.

If you want to restrict new employees or employees in the probationary period from applying certain time off types like Vacation, for example, you can now do so with Freshteam.
While creating your policy you can set a waiting period for the particular time-off type, which means from Joining Date till the number of days mentioned as a waiting period, the employee cannot apply for the particular time-off type.
With a new year coming, all or some of your employees might have time off balance. If you are a company that allows your employees to carry over this balance to the new year, this update is for you.
You can now set the number of days in the new policy year cycle before which the carried over balances has to be used by your employees. Simply put, you can set an expiry date for the carried over balances.
